This makes the story of my Great Grandfathers survival after being shot a number of times during the war even more poignant. He did lose three sons to the war. And he did out live three wives living to be over a hundred. And years later defended himself against a bear in the dark of the night with his pocket knife when it hugged him! He went back the next day and found a dead bear there. Just think of the odds for accomplishing this, thats my definition of awesome !
