    new to relic hunting

    Hi everyone, I am new to relic hunting...I bought a Discovery 1100 detector by Bounty Hunter. I hate to ask but is this a good detector? Are there any tips someone can give me for starting to hunt? Any tips on how to locate a site? I don't want to step on anyone's toes by asking for sites or anything or the sort, just help in how to finding somewhere to hunt. Thanks for your help and good luck hunting.
