I'm posting a pic of the Ames Sword Co. Catalog, reprinted by Mobray inc. The catalog is for 1882-1889. It shows that the company, in 1889, was still making and selling every sword that they had ever made. I'm urging anyone interested in civil war swords to get this book and study it before spending your money on a questionable sword. This is not an ad. or plug, I bought the book myself to identify my lodge sword purchases View attachment 1295080 View attachment 1295081
