IMO.. Tho I don't find to many "Tags" like this, (maybe 2?).
I think it "May" be a Baggage Tag (for train luggage) or maybe? a Hotel Key Tag.
Id Google J&D Inc & Tag's, You likely have done this already.
I would do it but my computer is Super S-L-O-W Right Now.

Would love to see some CW Relic Pic's From our Area, To make me Envious.

Thanks, I considered a baggage tag a thought. I googled so much, with no avail.

Unfortunately this will be a hard solve due to the variables associated with that type of tag.

They were used for everything.

I will tell you this though...
Tags like this are rarer due to the fact many were melted during scrap drives... IF this is from before the scrap drive era.

Cool tag... definitely a keeper.
