It kinda looks like a 52 cal Cone base Sharps that has been ; Either been Fired in a smaller smooth bore ... Naaaa

It was maybe in a rocky part of a river , ..Tumbled A-lot??....Carried by someone for 20+ years.
It still has it's nice white-ish Patina
Maybe a picket bullet ?
Whatever happened to it , I think it started life as a Sharps Carbine Bullet.
It's a Neat one to me.
