I know a few but they are all affiliated with their states & not sure they would do any private work.

Call the folks at the North/South Trader's Civil War magazine. They are civil war relic diggers and collectors, and they have many contacts, including artillery. Tell whoever answers that you'd like to speak to Steve or Nancy about a cannon needing restoration.. 540-67-CIVIL.
