Need help identifying this bullet with 2 rings not 3.

I found this bullet at the same church I found my first one. It was about 150 yards from the first one. When I got home and looked it over real good,I noticed it only had 2 rings and not 3. Also,it almost looks like it was a smaller caliber inside a larger caliber. It measures 1.11 long and.57 diameter. Any help and info is appreciated. Thanks.HH

As for "same site" happens all the time as troops from both sides likely covered the same ground, or captured each others weapons & Ammo.
Or
Dropped by a Kid in the 50's after show & tell.

You’re absolutely right and I am very proud of my 7 3 ringers I found this year for the first time, but I would feel like a personal victory if I found something Confederate. The beauty part about it is there’s always next year
