    Civil War RA &LA buttons found

    Recently a relative of mine found a RA & LA button detecting. Both buttons are wrote in fancy cursive. The LA button has a 2 under the letters LA circled in stars. If you have any info please share. Sorry i have no pics. I believe the RA stands for regiment of artillerists.
