I was metal detecting on an old property, multiple silver coins came out of it and a 1847 large cent and I found this piece of lead. Ive never found a civil war bullet and would like to know if this is possibly my first. It seems like the right shape, size, and weight, but it looks like somebody tried to make it into a fishing sinker possibly? I could be all wrong on this but somebody tell me what you think. (Bullet on left is for comparison and did not find this metal detecting)Amazon Forum Fav 👍
