Sweet & not that rusty from being in the water w/o oxygen .

I have only a couple iron balls that I have not laid eyes on in years ( I think they were golf ball size or smaller but only slightly.

These came from just outside the Chickamaga Battlefield in 2000.

I asked cause I won very very similar at a club hunt 'Said to be from the James River ( VA ) ?.

I like it , i'm not 100% sure of the provenance.

My point , when I picked up the prize & an 85 y/o Super Veteran Local Hunter said " Ill give you a dollar for that . " I said $10 & we both laughed.
GD man.

I picked up a grapeshot a few days ago, from a 32 pounder coastal gun. The guy wanted $65 for it. I offered $45 and he took it.
