    Saddle and uniform Question

If a person had a confederate calvary uniform and a saddle (in pretty good shape, taken care of but obviously used) that were authentic what would the actual Value be?

    Re: Saddle and uniform Question

A big pricing factor would be if you could document the history of the uniform and saddle.

I have seen a generals uniform for $220,000 dollars for sale, the more you know about the person who wore it the higher the prices goes.

They are both family heirloms so they are geniune, and the rider of the saddle can be namend, He is also the wearer of the uniform. I dont know his rank, but am trying to encourage the gal to get it apprasied and insured.
