My 08' find's at Antietam this year!!!

This is kind of a Quarterley Find's this year so far from Antietam.....Still have some "frag's" to clean up but here they are.....the find's will probably shrink until they harvest in the fall,but it's still there.....never hunted out.The wood's are pretty much untouched as far as I know but like the farmer said "you're 40 yr.'s too late"

Thank's Lucky....And This case is from 7 trip's to the farm's this year,and some cannonball frag's as well.I have another case in the work's from other various "skirmish" site's but with only half of that...Alot of briar diving involved HH!!

Hi, your first picture shows an item in the middle towards the bottom that appears to be part of a buckle. I think that is a proper description. Do you know what it is? I found something like that and sure would like to know what I have.

Hey PArebel.....The small buckle is called a Kepi buckle....This one here measure's right around 7/8 x 3/4 of an inch.It was part of the Union hat displayed on the front strap.

I was camping for a week and we got back Sun evening, so this is the first time I had to check the site.
