    electrolysis hlp please.

I have made 2 attempts at using electrolysis. I need some advice. The first one never worked at all. I thought the adapter might of been bad. The second started working like a charm but then stopped. The adapter was warm but not hot. Are you only able to run these for so long or did I just fry the adapter somehow? Thanks for any advice.

More details on what you did please. It's way easier to find a fault if we know what you did the whole way.

Lol yeah I guess so. I just used the gator clips attached one to the iron ring, one to a spoon, put them both in slat water( not touching) and plugged in. I used a glass bowl. It started working the second time but eventually stopped. It was an 120 VAC, 60Hz, 10 W, adapter. Thanks for your help. Let me know if there are any more details you need. TY

    Salt water you mean?

Have you tried to change the clips, it has two poles, they need to be connected properly.
The negative goes on the object to be cleaned. To check this, only one object should be producing bubbles.

Lemon juice concentrate can help, to. Add a few drops. It should work without it to though.

    What's the output voltage?
Set up your solution (salt & water) make sure you have the item to be cleaned on the (-) negative lead, and the stainless steel strip or spoon on the (+) positive lead.

If you have access to a volt meter check your transformer. Sometimes if you get the aligator clips submerged, they loose contact due to the cleaning action. Try moving the clips around to get a good connection.

If I'm not using the battery charger for large items & using a small transformer, I do the polish volt meter. Touch the positive lead and stick my other finger in the water. A little buzz means it's working!
I know it's here, just need a bigger coil!
