    best method to clean copper artifact

    What is the best way to clean this old spigot?

    It is copper/ bronze. It was found at the beach. I tried electrolysis for 3 hrs but didn't do much.

    I also tried baking soda. Heard that warm peroxide may help. Any ideas?

    ONLY with a supra sonic scaler like this or with scalpel when the encrustion is not to big (and be carefull! Do not breath the dust!)
