:hello2: I love this forum and enjoy absorbing much of the knowledge that the members share on here. Thank You everyone. Anyway, I wanted to share my coin cleaning experience that is working fantastic. First of all, I have a cheap but neat tumbler that my wife bought me at a "Michaels" arts and crafts store. They were normally like $29.95 but she got it on sale for like $11.00 (what a bargain). It comes with some little start up packets including polishing compounds, jewelry hardware, glue, etc. I did not use any of the contents for coin cleaning though, instead I used common beach sand that my wife had collected in a container, some Dawn dish liquid, and 100% lemon juice as suggested by some of the members on the site and "wow" the results were really satisfying and didn't cost me anything more than materials I already had laying around the house.
However, I am not recommending this solution for cleaning older or rarer coins, due to them being rare and more valuable, but for modern clad and zinc pennies I am satisfied. :icon_thumleft:
