Does anyone else have problems with the lid coming off during operation?I have to keep an eye on mine all the time to ensure the machine isn't still running with the barrel cocked on it because the lid came off.I've tried tightening all the way and leaving it half way and barely on but nothing seems to work.
It makes one heck of a mess when liquid is all over the floor,doesn't make moma very happy either.

I've had this happen too. Usually by tightening the knurled nut I can eliminate the problem. I have gone through several of these because the threads tend to get stripped easily. You might want to try a brass nut insted of the plastic ones.
