a bit of corrosion on my Capped copper

Is there any safe way to lift off this bit of corrosion from my Drapped Bust Cent? The coin is quite clean and in great shape but has a little corrosion on the front and back.

I'm not too sure about doing anything with it in fear of making it worse.

Thanks to anyone that knows something about corrosion.

try distilled water, soak it ,its starving for minerals it will leach and pull mineral corrosion off,may take some time try it...

That should be about the same as the water from my dehumidifier too right? I'll try that for a while and watch it.

    Thanks!
