TUMBLING ZINC CENTS

Just curious will tumbling my dug zinc cents make them a silver-ish zinc color. [ using some type of nut hulls as my medium ?] Any info will help thanks.

That depends on how aggressive your scrubbing media is, and how long you tumble it. Personally, I don't care what my coins look like as long as they are clean enough to go through the coin counter in my bank.
