I've had this old Heart Shaped Pad lock in electrolysis for a few days now & it's 97% clean.
My Question is How do I get the rust from the inside ( or as much as possible ) much of it is gone [a little more comes off or out after another 24 hrs of cooking] but just can not reach inside to pick at the remaining rust spots that are mostly on the locking mechanism .
Don't think my charge can reach all the pieces inside (real good).

Thought about an ACV soak for a week or so to see if that can dissolve the rust inside then blast it out with the water hose.

I worry too much about these things , just don't want to coat it & later have it rusting away from the inside also don't want to seal in the rust.

The lock is the smaller "Trunk" size not Rail Road size.
If anyone has experience with this type of lock please Help:notworthy:
Or ill worry myself to death LOL.
