    Cleaning anchor

    If you have a large iron relic, such as an 18th cenury anchor, and you want to soak it to draw out the salts, how do you know how long to let it soak.

    to get out the salt is going to take a while.See my post below about removing salt from iron.You are going to need a big tank.I once did an anchor,and had to build a tank for it.If you are doing the electrolysis right and changing the water every so often you should be done in a year or 2
