    1891 seated dime - how to/should i clean?

    Hi, new to the area, first day out (warm, soft ground) turned on my new DFX, searched by a small stream that has a history of picnicers, first signal was this coin, I don't know the value and wonder if I should clean, I already hit it with a soft toothbrush with warm, soapy water, any info would be appreciated.
