    IH Penny

Top is obverse, bottom is reverse. You may be able to make out ONE CENT on bottom. Nada on the front. This is after 24 hrs of H2O2. I'd like some opinions please. I'm planning on trying the potatoe method, but will try to get more advice before I do. I don't want to use anything too harsh, but I really want to see the date if it's even still there.

Penny was in potatoe for 26 hours total. No real improvement. Do I continue or accept the fact it's too far gone to read a date or see the injun.

Yeah, I gave up after an additional 15 hours of potatoe. It's really thin, so I think the corrosion goes right through to the slight detail on the back. I know it's an Indian, now I'll just have to go get one with a date. It kept me busy for a week though.
