    Newbie seying hey

    Hey everyone I'm new to this, I'm in Albertville Alabama, anyone local i would like to hear from you maybe hunt together or just get some tips. I have been reading all the posts and seeing some really interesting finds. I'm saving some money up to get my first MD. looking forward to talking to y'all soon.

    what kind of MD are you planning on getting? Check your local pawn shops they are a good place to find one....

    Welcome to Tnet, Marty. If you sit back and read all the great advice posted on here, you'll be a pro before you even get a detector. Check out the Metal detecting section. Good advice in those posts.

    thx for the welcome..... if nothing happens i will be getting a BH 505 tomorrow. i have found a couple sites i want to check out..... got permission from a landowner today to search an old house place. hope to post some good news soon
