Where's Everyone! Is the Bama Board Dead?

Been watching the board everyday hoping for activity and anticipating reading posts of hunters around Alabama.

    Is anyone out there?

We are still around just waiting on some cooler weather, Ive been hunting a little in the morning's & late evening's lately and had a little bit of luck 1 gold ring 1 silver ring and 3 merc's.

Hopefully we all can get together again and do some hunting in the near future, Ive been thinking about detecting some old river crossing like (auqachigger) but haven't tried it Yet.

I'm going to try and get out this afternoon if it's ok with the wife and after my chores. I'll try and remember to carry my camera and upload some pics.

    Welcome to Bama
Ha ha ha. That was a great time. I was the only Yankee and I still came out of the woods alive!
I may be a Southerner now since I've officially lived in NC longer than up North? Either way, I love detecting with either side. Still haven't eaten collards yet.

I'd say you were definitely an official Southerner when you were running around with the rebel flag on your back singing Dixie, MM. Good times for sure!
