Next Team Hunt When and Where??? Input Needed

Just wanted to ask folks where and when they want to hold the next hunt. If you have a really interesting place or some where we've been before, both would be cool. Please post your ideas of where and when.

I will probally go tomorrow, I've been hitting blount springs a good bit lately and made a few decent finds maybe one day I'll get lucky and find one of those really old silver coins that i know are still there( if Nana hasn't gotten all of them ).

Naw..Nana gets lucky every once in a while and might find a spiffy looking square nail. Have you all seen the weather forecast for later this week?! It's huntin' time!

Oh yea the weather is looking good, I've been to B springs the last two days and haven't had any problems with ticks or snakes so woods hunting rite now isn't to bad.

I won't be available next week, but maybe tomorrow? I've never been to the springs themselves, maybe we could go down there and look around

Chefman I'm free tomorrow if you want i can show you the springs, but for metal detecting its best to get away from the springs and hit some of the old house sites nearby.

OK I'll be there. Well i just got a call from the TV repair man who's suppose to fix my TV tomorrow and hes coming today between 10:30 and 12:30 so i may run a few minutes late but i will be there.

Got called into work today . What did y'all find?

Nothing earth-shaking, mostly whats-its. I found half a mule shoe (looked small for a horse), bottom of a frying pan(no markings) most of a cast iron wheel that looks like it would fit one of those railroad carts, a Peters 20gauge high brass case and the rest was scrap. I'll let dgnbama do his telling. Nick didn't find a whole lot as he had to leave early. We'll probably hit that place again.

We started off at a spot that i had been detecting, while we were there done some more exploring and found a really old foundation with a chimney still standing and ended up with 3 buckles 1 lock, a knife and a bell.

Hopefully we can all get together soon and go back to this spot, as many signals as they were i really believe this place has not been detected.

That sounds really cool, I have to get up at 4:00 in the morning a leave for Decatur to do hospital uniform show at Parkway Medical. That's why I had to go in today, to get ready for that. They moved it from next Monday to tomorrow and after the show I have to go run the store until closing. I'll be looking forward to the next time.
