Andrew Jackson site

Hello everyone,

I live in Mobile, Alabama and have always heard Andrew Jackson had some camps in this area. I was wondering if anyone had any information on these camps or where I may find some information. All the books and information that I read never gives details about him being in Mobile. Thank you for any help on his sights.

He camped off of D'Olive creek and fish river. The wells he dug still exist but very few know about them.

I heard he had a camp over somewhere near whistler, al. Or north of there going toward Citronelle. Thanks for the info.
