If I can get enough local CNY hunters together, I would like ot charter a new club in the Syracuse area...Monthly meetings, start a library collection, get a meeting spot, draw up a charter...The closests clubs to our erea are in Utica/Rome, and Buffalo...Why nothing in CNY
