Chimmy, i think I seen you on the coal street ball field awhile ago? Your a younger guy? Anyways, the grove has some goodies left in it, found a nice barber dime there last year. I grew up in Jim Thorpe.

Wow I never thought of looking there. I was searching the old park in parryville and all I found was half of a 1944 lic plate but it was still something.

I haven't done any research on the emmaus area, I'll have to look at that. I don't get much time out, works been keeping me super busy.

I would think that emmaus and the surrounding area would have some old coins somewhere. Especially out in the Vera Cruz road area. Nice old farms.

Old farmers fields are always a great place to detect. Getting into the end of the growing season soon. Stop and ask the owner if you can hunt on their land.
