Hello, I'm looking to go out in the mornings on the Memorial Day Weekend to hunt for a while each day if possible. I like getting up and out the door by about 7 am. This weekend I aim to hunt some of the very low lakes in the area. Using some online resources and opinions I've seen, Lake Lavon is probably the lowest overall. Ray Hubbard is rumored to be quite low in some areas as well. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with either of them - access points, etc - but do have this week to catch up and build a guide for some kind of strategy. Anybody who might be interested please chime in, or if you can help with guidance about the lakes and/or techniques that could help me keep learning and developing my skills, it would be really appreciated. Thanks for your time.
