Hi there. I am new to Viginia and live in Arlington. Does anyone know of an active Metal Detecting club or group that is near here? Thank you.

Relic Clubs in Northern Virginia

There's a least two relic hunting clubs in NVA that I'm aware of:

Northern Virginia Relic Hunters Association (NVRHA)
meets 1st Tuesday every month at 7:30 in the downstairs conference room at the National Rifle Association on Waples Mill Rd in Fairfax. URL http://www.nvrha.com/
has speakers and formal organization

Virginia Historical Recovery Society
meets 2nd Tuesday every month at 7:30 in the north end of the Claude Moore Rec building in Claude Moore Park Sterling just off Cascades Parkway less formal group
