My sister brought me 2 more coins from her till at Starbucks.

A 1946 rosie (beaten and worn but silver is silver ;D )

Sweet...gotta love that sis huh. So the 1997 French 10 centimes is a silver coin? Any idea of the silver content? It is a cool looking coin too.

No, just the rosie is silver. She gives me the foreign coins too, silver or not.

Its a camera, Sony T200.
Sony cameras have a macro function called magnifying glass mode.
Great for closeups on coins.
The T200 is a year old now, so Sony does not make them anymore. Look for the T700 or T800. Pretty much the same thing.

Those pictures really are intense... with that setting they come right off the camera onto the computer looking like that? No toying around in a program?

Well I do cut the backgrounds out in photoshop and resize them, but that's all.
