On Monday I drove with my girlfriend up to her relative's house for a week vacation. Its about a 2 hour drive so before we left town I picked up my second box of nickels of the year to keep me occupied. Let me tell you, CRHing in a moving vehicle is not an easy task especially with the newly formed potholes all over the roads. (FYI: I was not actually driving) Well to make a long story short, three rolls into the box I got my second Buffalo (1923) of the year! Also got my first War Nickel (1943-P) of the year as well! Here's a breakdown of the dates excluding mintmark info:

1923 Buffalo Nickel
1943-P War Nickel
27 pre-1960 Nickels:
2x 1939
2x 1940
4x 1941
2x 1942 (non-silver)
3x 1946
2x 1948
2x 1952
2x 1954
1x 1955
2x 1956
1x 1958
4x 1959

Happy Hunting

A dated buff... mmm!

And you're not kiddin' about the rollin' while rollin' or rWr as I like to call it (searching rolls while driving... DUH!): it's not the easiest... but it does save LOTS of time on those road trips assuming you don't get in an accident or get pulled over for running a red light (almost happened to me... long story).
