That sucks!!! I had that happen a few times in the past, now before I click "post" I always "copy" all of the text so I don't have to re-type it again. >:(

A trick I learned that may help if you're making a lengthy post to any site on the web.
Type it up first in a word program i.e. Microsoft Word. When done make sure it is saved.
Then copy and paste the content to the forum you want to post to. If the web site doesn't accept it for some reason you still have the original to try again.
This method prevents that "last nerve" feeling.

ok, try this. i am assuming you have the photo hosed on the net somewhere

1. <img src="

2. url of where the pic is located on the net

3. close quote

4. height = 400 width equal 400>

compress 1-4 into single line of text. you can adjust the height and width values as necessary.

That's why I always copy what I type (atleast when I type alot) So if that happens I can simply paste it..

Mistergee I used to have the same problem but now I upload my photos from hard drive to an email that I send to myself. That automatically shrinks the pics down to size. Then I just right click on the photos in the email and save to desk top. From there I can retreive the photos and post them on Tnet. Sounds complicated but it is really easy. I have not had that problem since. Good Luck.

i took alot of pics and apparently left one too big....i just hate when you can't go back and correct it without losing it..thanks for the advice guys.....it just pisses me off when i spend an hour( so im slow :tard:) putting a post together with pics thinking you got everything resized, all dates in order, everything looks good...then it doesn't post and you lost all that work....i just think there must be an easier way.....i mean you CAN go back and correct it...but when you hit post again it says "you already posted this"....you mean to tell me we can't override this and post anyway...i've seen where there have been double posts...how did that happen?....sorry about the rant...i'm a little excitable
