    Metal Detecing doors

Stopped at a new bank in the hood. It had a revolving door that turned real quick as I approached it and locked up tight. Seems it has a metal detector that locks the door up tight if someone approaches with a metal object on them. High tech !

My kid is having great fun talking to the bank girls about all the things he is able to pull out of his pockets each time.

    It's ridiculous.

Banks around me have bulletproof vestibuls kinda like the teller boxes that only one at a time will open. but here is the trick. The tellers can lock both doors at the same time. thus locking in any bank robber as he tries to leave. BRILLIANT!! I'd pay money to see a crook trapped in a fishbowl like this just waiting for the cops!

Well dad, that sounds like those in need of a quick withdrawal will gravitate over to the circle K.

A bank I use has no money.
Teller gives you a transaction slip and you go to a machine 10' away that dispenses cash to you.

    Disconcerting, to say the least.
These people are making preparations for some very desperate times ahead.

Maybe they haven't gotten Obie's message of hope and change, yet?

Even though I am a CRHer...YOU CAN KEEP THE CHANGE!

I really don't enjoy seeing people I don't know, who don't have jobs driving Escalades and SPENDING MY AND YOUR GRANDKIDS MONEY!

Yes that is a current picture of my only child on the left.

We pardon the interuption...We now return to you to your regularly scheduled thread
    Let's keep it positive
