I know markiing coins really irritates some people, but I just had to know...
About two weeks ago, I ordered $1000 in half dollars. I've been doing this off and on for a while. I was really curious to know if I was getting my own coins back, even though I am picking up at a bank and dumping at a credit union. On vacation for a week. I went to the bank yesterday and they had a $1000 bag in the vault.
Yep, sure enough, I got back quite a few of the marked coins. So now I figure I will go out a little further for the order.
This is what I got in the bag yesterday:
1 - 1946
1 -1964
1 - 1968
1- quarter
1 - 1974 100 lira coin
1 button
1 paperclip
