I'm retiring from CRHing
I went to wells fargo today to dump a box of halves. The teller informed me there would be a 7.50 charge. (I have an account there, also paid off a mortgage with them a few years ago) I said never mind, and took my halves and left. This bank is within walking distance of my house, and was a no hassle dump place for about a year. I knew it was comming, but it's time for me to retire. I'm going back to school this summer, gonna get a AS and a vocational certificate to work my way through a BS in either engineering or some sort of biology, not sure what quite yet. At any rate, I'm done CRHing, I had a blast, it was a lot of fun. It was a cheap hobby that kept me occupied while I have been unemployed. I found around 150 silvers all together (about 80% were 40's), kept around 50 NIFC's and a whole roll of rewraped 2005's. All in all a very small treasure pile, but I'm gonna save them and either sell em when their worth millions
(notice the plural) or give em to my kids when I pass on. I'll still check the forums every once in a while, maybe even do a roadtrip or 2 here and there, but no more boxes for me.

. Maybe the silver will return after a break. Go hit the yard sales! I've never had much luck at them for silver but seems quite a few do. I've picked up a large coin collections through Craig's List that had a lot of junk silver along with some great coins. This can be a lot of fun too and get some good deals...not as good as getting silver at face though.
