There were huge numbers of bicentennial quarters minted. They aren't really worth anything, but they're still fun to find.

I am keeping all I find until i get 40 of them(a roll). It will be put in the box of coins I am setting back for my God Daughter. In my opinion you should keep that one. Since it is your first but I wouldn't keep anymore unless you yourself want a whole roll of them.

According to the red book they are worth more than the average quarter.

I keep all that I find. My goal is a thousand. I'm at 960 now. Don't ask me what I'll do when I reach my goal, but I do enjoy finding them. Has anyone ever found a proof or silver Bicentennial quarter?
