Went thru about $135 in casino nickels and got a [red]1917-D[/red] buffalo today. Not only my new oldest coin of the year, but an all time first date for the series! I've now found 33 of the possible 64 varieties, or more than half the series. Woo hoo!

A 1943-P silver came along for the ride too.

Here's a rundown of the 12 Jefferson's I haven't found yet this year (the usual characters ;D) -

1938
1938-D
1939-D
1942-D
1942-P
1944-D
1945-D
1948-S
1949-S
1950-D
1955
1958

...plus the persistantly elusive 2009 P&D.

Nicely done there Immy; you big game Buffalo Hunter. 8) It is extremely satisfying finding a coin you didn't have yet; for the collection.

And kudos on the war nickel as well.
