Need Help From any Honyocker !

One of my friendly tellers showed me a $20 bill today with no Treasury Stamp on it. Any of youse guys know about paper money. I asked over at the paper part of the forum but it was pretty quiet there. When you look at the face of the bill, the right side has twenty printed on it. Normally there is a Treasury Stamp over the Twenty. Thanks, Jim
