My bank forgot to order my halves this week, so I decided to get some pennies. In my first box, I'm finding lots of wheats(maybe 40 total). Well, I find one with a really weak date and some blemishes around the date. It turns out to be a 1922 Wheat, but I can't see if there's mint mark. I take it to the local coin store, and the lady looks at it under the microscope. No mint mark! I'm thinking great news. Then she tells me it's not going to be worth much due to wear and the big blemishes around the date. I will get some more opinions and maybe send it off to get it graded.

a no D in any condition should be worth a bit. PCGS price list. as always - the value of a coin is set by the buyer - find a willing one. look around.

nice find btw! :hello2:
