bank open on election day? mods fix the old topic bumping?

are banks open on election day? if not i may be able to get 300 in quarters to search from work , I doubt care to search them but work owes me silver

can a mod fix the bumping of old topics? maybe lock them, so they go back to being buried?

Though I have seen on some WF banks that they will be closed next Wednesday (11 Nov) in observance of Veteran's Day.
