I had $300 waiting at a bank for me. I figured they were a dump as the teller was so anxious to get them to me. The first 8 rolls were all clad, then a 40 and a few rolls later another 40. Finally I got a roll with 9 40's. Then a few more for a total of 17 40% silver halves.

The nice thing is the teller seemed to express interest in my desire to buy the halves. She asked for my card and said she would call me if they got any in. Boy I hope someone drops off their coin collection this winter.

I also scored two Rosies after searching about $300 in dimes.

I get quite a few tellers that take my number for when they get halves in. I have been called 2 times to come pick some up, once scored some silver. The key is making small talk with them and a lot of times they just open up and will bend over backwards to help you out.
