no other markings. just the plain brown 5x5x2 box of halves with the hand written phone number on the inside lid.

State: let's just say not close to Wisconsin. 8)

Hand written on the inside flap of one of my recent 5x5x2 half boxes was a phone number.

Just for grins I did a reverse phone look-up and the phone number was for:

Coin Wrap Inc
1344 Russett Ct
Green Bay, WI 54313-8904
That is CWI I believe they are just a coin wrapping company with locations all over the country. I have had "CWI#???" rubber stamped on many boxes.

Yeah I get a lot of CWI boxes too. It was just strange that there was not a stamped number on the outside; rather a hand written phone number on the inside...... that happened to be for a CWI branch in Wisconsin.
