Stopped by one of my banks a day early for my weekly pickup. Got home and started going through the dime bag and noticed right away it was going to be much better than normal. Wound up with 171 silver dimes including 16 mercs. Each date of the roosevelt series was there except 1955. Oldest was a 1928.

I don't normally do quarters but I think I'll go back tomorrow and see what else they have:)

Re: A very nice dime bag UPDATE

Well I went back to that branch and picked up 2 bags of quarters and a bag of nickels. Typical results for Quarters I got 1 in each bag (1946 & 1964). The nickels produced 2 1939 and 2 1939S. A bag of dimes from another branch brought only 3 1964's.

Thanks to this weeks score and an even bigger one earlier in the year I've recovered more than 1,000 silver dimes this year. My end of year project will be to go back through my logs and see how many sets of roosies I have:).
