I haven't ordered halves in months, this is the first time I have ever received Brinks boxes in 2 years. At least I found 3 40's! The '64 Ken was a gift from the teller. Also scored 14 rosies and a '62 Canadian dime. Only 1 skunker out of 8 dime boxes.
I'm a telcom service guy by trade, and a customer of mine offered me a generous cash tip for fixing his internet problem. I refused that, but he knew that I was a collector and refused to let me leave the house without a gift. He asked me to choose a couple silver dollars from his collection, I chose one because that seemed fair and I'm not greedy.
In my truck on the way out he yelled "wait, say hi to Mr Eisenhower!", and handed me an Ike.
Gee thanks! Gave that one to my 5 y.o. ffd

Don't be, they are fun to do and seem to always produce. Here's a few of mine.

Nice work FFD

I like the shot of the Morgan. I love the photo's, brings the story to life.

That enlargement makes that coin look so substantial... which it is.

Thanks Mojo, Griff, and all. My opinion is that it's a blast searching dimes, I love finding the old Canadians and mercs. ffde
