Out of $318 in nickels, this is what I found:
-59 pre-1960 Jefferson nickels. (Oldest one being a 1939)
-One war nickel (1944-P)
-Two proof nickels (1969-S, 1985-S)
-Three Canadian nickels (1975, 1988, 1998)
-One Singapore 20 cents coins. (1991)
KEY FINDS- 1944-P war nickel, 1969-S proof nickel, 1985-S proof nickel. (The 1985-S was the first proof nickel that I've ever found. I found it on 1/4/10.)
ALMOST KEY FINDS- 1950 Jefferson nickel (One D away from being a key date.) 1948 Jefferson nickel (One S away from being a semi-key date).
I also found some silver halfs. I got a 1964 half dollar when the teller gave me $9.50 in halves. And I got a 1968 half dollar at a different bank, when again I asked for half dollars.
All in all, not a bad month. Thanks for reading, and HH.
