I have over the past 6 months or so been CRH fortunately with enough success to help accumulate quite a Lincoln set of PCGS MS66RDs. My goal was to collect 1958-1934 all PDS slabbed mints. After all of that work to find and purchase acceptably graded coins i'm nearly there. Shy only 5 at this point. Some are sooooo hard to find btw in this condition and having great eye appeal.

Anyway, I am in for the hunt and not the trophy - and am just feeling out the CRH community here to see if there's anyone willing to do a major swap of some kind for this collection. Either as is or complete (few weeks away i guess pending on availability of those 5 needed dates).

I'm really looking for someone to take the entire PCGS slabbed set versus scattering them back across the universe.
And i'm open to offers of any and all kinds, metals, key dates...whatever.
Either way, thanks for considering.

I suppose the value is north of $7,500 retail.
So i'd entertain any realistic offers.

I'd also be willing to take slabbed well-known keys as well. Any denoms.
Greysheet to greysheet/ retail to retail - wouldn't matter to me.

I don't have a lot of silver, but could I buy one with copper pennies? I have about $60 in copper; if that can get me anything.

Know your values man... One of those coins alone is probably well over $150. That's a REALLY nice set you've accumulated over just 6 months! Keep it as a set! NEVER break that up! I never thought you'd assemble it THAT fast! Man, that's some achievement! :icon_thumright: :notworthy: :notworthy: :headbang: :headbang:  :headbang: :headbang: :notworthy: :notworthy: :icon_thumleft:

Thanks, it's hard to fill the remaining holes too. I'd like to keep it together, either in my or someone else's safe somewhere. :laughing7:

Ok, I'll pass up on buying it. But very cool MS collection you have there. :icon_thumright:

I finished my PCGS 66 Red short set minus the 34 D back in 09 then sold them in packs of 3 or 6 on ebay shortly after. It is very likely you have a bunch of my coins if yours are PCGS. I know I paid a lot for most of them, but some of them I didn't pay much at all.

I also had every Philadelphia coin 64 red or better from 1909 to 1933 along with about 8 or so mint marked. My 1912 S in 64 red was my most prized. I paid only $895 for it and the same guy who sold me it had an uglier one for $750. I'm giving the Lincoln's I paid less than $200 away as Christmas gifts this year as I sold the rest of the set minus 3 coins.

I was able to pick up on the side a 1921 S OGH MS63 Red Brown Lincoln for $245 and a 1922 D in MS 63 RB in an OGH for $145. But that's not the best!

...you remember how I said I had 3 coins left. Well they are the 1935 PDS Lincoln's in PCGS 66 red but you will never figure out how much I paid for the S because it was probably the lowest price ever sold for one on the internet in the last 10 years. It's not an ugly coin I can assure you that. It will take a lot of digging around the archives to find one close to the amount I paid for it.

Also, I was visiting a shop that I make very good deals at every time I buy and in a pile of Morgan dollars you wouldn't believe what I found! An 1884 S Morgan! In better grade! Possibly AU 55 but definitely AU 53. It's a raw Morgan and if anyone wants photos then please message me back. I will accept reasonable offers. This coin is completely original, it has never been cleaned, never dipped, no artificial toning. It even has a tiny bit of luster.
