I couldn't beleive my eyes when I cracked open a roll of dimes yesterday. It had 44 canadian silver dimes and one mercury dime.
Among the canadian dimes there was 14 king George the 6th dimes: 1937-1952
29 queen elizabeth the second silver dimes: 1953-1967 and a 1913 king George the 5th
The mercury dime was a 1944-D
It willl be a long time before I get a roll dimes like that one!
Happpy hunting!

1913? Wow! :o

This year has two varieties, broad leaves and small leaves. Check the trio of leaves on the reverse just to the right of the crown. If they're large and overlap each other that's the "broad leaf" variety. If they're tiny and clearly seperated it's the more common "small leaf" version.

Small leaf --> $1-$5 and up
Broad leaf --> starts at $100 in the lowest grade!

Great score all around Ben!
