THE LEAD IN: I havent been doing much searching at all lately. Maybe 2 to 4 boxes a month at most. October i didnt search any. Time, work, poor boxes all to blame for my lack of effort. However in the past ive seemed to get good scores doing less work and figured it was time to give it another go. It was just to pretty outside to not have one of those incredible days so my excitement level was high.

THE BUILD UP: I got back to work with my 4 boxes with a feeling of this was gonna be my day. I havent had a box that produced more than 2 or 3 keepers in several months. I peeled back the first top on the first box and my jaw dropped at the enders. WOW I hadnt seen a single ender in months let alone multiple enders. I turned over each roll to find even more enders! The first box had 13 enders alone. Now I then broke a Karma-Cardinal-Rule by opening the other boxes to check for enders as well and was amazed to find similar results. MASSIVE amounts of what looked to be perfect uncirculated enders shining brightly back up at me. Some rolls had enders on both sides. Usually i can go through a box in 10 minutes. This took me 3 hours to do 4 boxes due to pulling and stacking all the keepers. Every single roll had at least 1 keeper in all 4 boxes! RESULTS below.

THE LET DOWN: Now that i have unfairly gotten you all excited with tingles going up and down your legs--These keepers were all 2003 NIFC's. Arggh. Yes it was still better than boxes full of casino coins but I thought I would build you guys up and let ya down so you to could share in my day haha. Not all was to be lost with the results though.

No idea what to do with them other than send them back for you other lucky silver shoppers. I sold a couple rolls of 2010 and 2006 this year and made a few dollars on ebay. I also had several rolls that never got a bid <shrug>. Everytime i look on ebay at nifcs i dont see any bids. This clearly was someone who had bought a box of them im guessing and decided not to keep it.

Haha. I've been finding quite a lot of 2003's as well lately. That would have pissed me off, though.

You got me good! Just finshed a snooze, grabbed a cup of coffee, and started reading your post. Kaboom ! I was wide awake before the caffeine had a chance to do it's work.
Good catch on the silver

Haha yeah im sorry I had to do it folks just to liven myself up if anything at all. And mind you, i didnt lie either. It was a massive score. All 4 were dream boxes. And nifcs are considered keepers by many. They all were shiny and looked uncirculated etc etc ;D

if you could sell them for .75 each it's still worth it. Keep them, and sell small lots of them on e-bay. Or u can hang on to them all and maybe someday the nifc's will be worth more. Neat score
