Had a box that contained 15 Walking Libertys.
The best score ever was getting $1,000 worth from a bank while on vacation. They were all loose and they counted them in a machine before giving them to us. Exactly 500 of them ($250 worth) were 40%ers. No 90's.

*Sigh*

This just depresses me.

Maybe if my halves come in this week my luck will be better.

I keep records of all my boxes but I've done so many I still can't think of them

some from 2009 off top of head

1. 32 walk 106 ben 105 90% 28-40%
2. 80 40%
3. 55 40%

I've been on this forum for a long time and have seen some finds that I still can't comprehend. BIG SCORES.

Top three for me was
1. 102 (mostly 40's)
2. 74 (mostly (90's)
3. 60 something
Boxes 2 and 3 were part of a 16 box batch that had close to 200 keepers,or more. I forgot. I'll have to look up that post.
Rich

Looked it up.The 16 boxes had 236 keepers.

Just read the entire thread.....What a score by MMan.

That is probably the best box ever, it will be tough to beat. It has been over a year, couple that with the number of boxes this
forum searches daily, this could qualify for the Century Box Award. :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:

In the later part of 08 or early 09 one of my
boxes had 700 or so 40%s and one 90%.
All the boxes before and after gave up several
hundred 40%s.
